SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
At Gloss Residential Cleaning, LLC, we are committed to delivering exceptional residential cleaning services that exceed your expectations. We take pride in the quality of our work and stand behind our commitment to customer satisfaction. To ensure your peace of mind, we offer the following Satisfaction Guarantee:
1. We guarantee a thorough and comprehensive cleaning of your home, addressing all agreed-upon areas and specific cleaning requirements.
2. Our highly trained and professional cleaning techs are dedicated to providing courteous and efficient service. If you are ever dissatisfied with the conduct of our team members, please let us know, and we will take immediate corrective action.
3. In the rare event that you are not fully satisfied with any aspect of our cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours of the service completion. We will promptly address your concerns and schedule a re-cleaning of the areas in question, free of charge.
4. We believe in transparent communication. If there are any changes to your cleaning plan or unforeseen circumstances, we will keep you informed every step of the way.
5. Your satisfaction is our top priority. If, for any reason, you feel that our service did not meet your expectations, we will work diligently to make it right and ensure you are delighted with the results.
PRICING & PAYMENT POLICIES
1. We offer UPFRONT pricing per room and by the type of clean. We do not charge by the hour, and in most circumstances - a visit to the home before-hand is ideal, but not required. It is preferred so that my team can properly assess, staff and prepare for your home.
2. If the home has excessive dirt and grime build up, excessive clutter, or the booking selections are inappropriate for what is required of the home, we do reserve the right to change the quoted pricing including any applicable discounts.
3. We may request or take photos of your homes current condition only for the purpose of properly equipping and staffing.
4. We reserve the right to change our prices and packages to adjust for cost and time constraints, however we will always give our clients notice of any such changes.
5. We require a $50 deposit for all 1st time cleanings and cleanings that are not scheduled on a recurring basis. This will be charged at scheduling and applied toward the total cost of the services provided.
6. Late reschedules, cancellations and lockouts will forfeit their $50 deposit.
7. When you schedule your first service, we will store a credit card that will be kept securely filed for payments. Payments are due at the end of cleaning and will be charged at completion. If you prefer to use a different form of payment, it must be collected prior to cleaning services being rendered.
WHAT IS NOT CLEANED.
1. We will not put away folded laundry. If you chose laundering as an add-on service we will wash, dry, fold and flat-stack items we expect to be hang-ups unless we are told otherwise. (Gloss Residential Cleaning, LLC is not responsible for special care laundry items.)
3. Excessive dish washing. We will hand wash a reasonable number of dishes and leave to dry on the counter and/or load the dishwasher. If there are so many dishes that the task is in excess of around 20 minutes, additional fees will be applied to the final invoice as an add-on service.
4. Homes that are excessively cluttered or would be considered a “Hoard home”. Our cleaning techs must be able to move freely and safely through your home.
5. Shopping or errands outside the home.
6. Cleaning inside drawers, china-cabinets, curios, etc.
7. Cleaning small valuables, antiques, or sentimental items may carry an intrinsic risk due to fragility. We will clean if requested, but will not be held liable for an easily damaged item becoming damaged during cleaning.
8. Washing exterior windows or interior windows that cannot be reached. Referral to a window cleaning company available upon request.
9. Light fixtures and ceiling fans that are excessively out of reach using an extendable device and step ladder.
10. Appliances and furniture in excess of 25 lbs. will not be moved. If you would like behind a stove or refrigerator to be cleaned it must be made accessible by the home owner.
11. Cleaning in areas that are difficult or unsafe to access.
12. Specialty cleaning such as carpet cleaning, pressure washing, bio-hazards or bodily fluid in excess of ordinary bathroom cleaning.
13. Cleaning heavily soiled areas or areas of disrepair, exposed outlets, including rooms or homes with extreme dirt build-up, mold, mildew, peeling paint, or other unsafe conditions.
14. Any cleaning that requires supplies or tools beyond what Gloss Residential Cleaning, LLC supplies.
SCHEDULING
1. For our clients who book recurring services, we not only offer discounted rates, we also offer the convenience of the same time and day of the week for every cleaning. We will do our best to accommodate scheduling requests for all our clients, but cannot guarantee particular time/day slots for newly scheduled one-time cleans.
2. Rescheduling is allowed with at least 48 hours notification. Full cancellations given at least 7 business days in advance are eligible for deposit refund.
3. We will always notify you of our estimated arrival time in advance of your cleaning date, with a follow-up notification the day before we arrive. We will also notify with a precise time of arrival on the day of your cleaning.
ACCIDENTAL BREAKAGE
At Gloss Residential Cleaning, LLC we do our best to protect your home and possessions. While rare, sometimes items still get broken despite precautions. Accordingly, we have worked hard to develop a clear and fair policy to cover accidental breakage.
1. Pre-inspection:
o Our cleaning team will perform a pre-inspection of the premises before initiating the cleaning process.
o Clients are encouraged to identify and communicate any fragile or valuable items that require special attention during this pre-inspection.
2. Notification of Breakage:
o In the event that an item is accidentally broken or damaged during the cleaning process, our cleaning team will promptly inform the client.
3. Photographic Documentation:
o Our team will document the broken or damaged item through photographs to provide visual evidence of the incident.
4. Client Notification:
o The client will be notified of the breakage as soon as possible, along with a detailed explanation of the incident.
5. Compensation Process:
o The company will initiate a thorough investigation into the circumstances surrounding the breakage.
o If the cleaning company is found to be at fault, the client will be compensated either through repair, replacement, or monetary reimbursement, as deemed appropriate.
6. Insurance Coverage:
o Our company maintains liability insurance to cover the cost of damages caused by our cleaning services.
o Clients are encouraged to check their own insurance policies for coverage related to damages caused by third-party services.
7. Resolution Timeline:
o The company is committed to resolving breakage claims in a timely manner and will communicate the resolution timeline to the client.
8. Preventive Measures:
o Our cleaners undergo regular training to minimize the risk of breakages.
o Clients are advised to secure highly valuable or fragile items before the cleaning team arrives.
9. Feedback and Improvement:
o Client feedback on breakages is valuable to us. We use such feedback to continually improve our services and prevent future incidents.
COVID 19
At Gloss Residential Cleaning, LLC, the safety and health of our clients is held in high priority. Below are our procedures to help protect our clients and cleaning technicians.
1. We always bring face masks and will wear them any time a client requests we do so.
2. We ask that cleaning technicians are given a 6-foot span of space if you will be home during the cleaning.
3. Our cleaning towels are thoroughly washed before and after every cleaning and are not reused from space to space throughout your home.
4. If cleaning techs are sick and experiencing any flu like symptoms they are not allowed to work. If cleaning techs are sick and we are unable to fulfill our commitment to cleaning your home as scheduled, we will notify the client as soon as we know and reschedule with a 10% discount or refund your deposit.
OTHER POLCIES
1. We request that pet waste not be present throughout your home. We do understand that accidents happen and will clean up an accident during our clean. However, if there is more than one “accident” present that needs to be disposed of and cleaned/sanitized, there will be an extra $10+ fee added to your total cleaning fee. If pet waste is excessive throughout the home and poses a safety risk to our cleaning techs, the clean will be canceled and the deposit will be retained to cover the costs and time expended to go to your home.
2. Pets - We love fur babies, but we also know some are not to keen to strangers or vacuums. Should your pet show aggression or anxiety please have them secured during cleanings for the safety of both the pet and the cleaning tech. Furthermore, Gloss Residential Clening, LLC cannot be responsible for a pet running out of the front door as we bring cleaning supplies in and out of the home.
3. Before and After photos will be taken at every clean for documentation purposes. We will not use them for marketing without permission from the homeowner.
4. We will NOT under any circumstances clean around unsecured weapons.
